3. Payment & Billing:

Payment for our Services is due at the time of the infusion. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other digital payment methods as specified by our service providers.

Prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your infusion will be the price in effect at the time of your appointment.

Please note that payment must be completed in full before the start of your infusion. Failure to provide payment may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

In the event of any payment disputes, we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. However, if a resolution cannot be reached, we reserve the right to deny further access to our Services.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At this time we do not collect any money in advance to your appointment. As such, cancellations are allowed until your time of appointment. Please, be respectful of our time. If we are not able to get in touch with you after your appointment is booked, we may elect to charge you a travel fee of $25 for our convenience.

There are no refunds for services rendered, no exceptions.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Festie Bestie IV Hydration provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer high-quality care, we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or effectiveness of our Services.
